  • 4 pounds Boneless beef chuck roast
  • 0.87 ounces Brown gravy mix, 1 packet
  • 0.7 ounces Italian salad dressing mix, 1 packet, Good Seasonings brand
  • ½ cup Red wine
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

    Meat and potatoes man RAVED about this the first time I made it. I wanted to make it again but red peppers were $4.49 each at the store, so nope! I did get a good deal on mushrooms and London broil, so mushrooms and London broil it is! The way I see it, you can’t go wrong with this recipe as your base. Delicious!!
