I made these potatoes as part of lunch for a group of volunteers who had been working outside all morning. To say that the potatoes were a hit is an understatement! And that was without the cheese and parsley. A great recipe!!!
I made these potatoes for a work event. To say they were a hit is an understatement. So good!
I am so glad that they enjoyed them!
Delicious! We didn’t have baby yellows, so we used baby red potatoes. We quartered the larger potatoes to make them more uniform, and we used your excellent suggestion of placing the cut ends directly onto the sides of the slow cooker. We tested them at the end of 2 hours on high, and they were perfect: not mushy, and not hard. Thank you for a tasty and easy recipe!
Hi I really want to try this but am new to my crockpot… is there no liquid in this recipe? It won’t crack the pot? Or smoke? Can you reassure me as we have just moved into a new apartment and I don’t want to burn the place down! 😂 thanks!
The recipe is correct as written.
How much of the House Seasoning Blend do you add? (I’m guessing not all 4 tablespoons that it makes?) Thank you, can’t wait to try this!!
I would use 1-2 teaspoons, depending on your tastes.
This looks great, but I don’t understand ” …cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or high or low for 2-3 hours…” – can you explain, please? Thanks!
It’s already so hot this summer, so I’m glad that I can make these incredibly tasty potatoes! I’m a huge fan of rosemary so these are always something I want.
I love that these can be made in a slow cooker. That is perfect for summer when it is too hot to use the oven.
Love this as a side dish, especially for Sunday dinners!
Such a delicious, simple side! Thank you!
