I made this for dinner tonight. It was a had great flavour, easy and had everything in my cupboard. I used the jar of Parm will try fresh next time but it was really good. I also left out the oil as I was out. This is in the family favourite recipe file!
YAY! I’m so glad you liked it! 🙂

My husband and I just tried this recipe and fell in love with it. The best pork we’ve ever had!! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe. I had to add it to my pinterest board…http://pinterest.com/leeanngarrett/main-dish/
I’m so glad you liked it! My family really loves it and it couldn’t be easier to put together, right?!?
Thanks for pinning the recipe too! I really appreciate it! 🙂
HELLO CHRISTINE, WHAT TYPE OF PARM CHEESE DID YOU USE, FRESHLY GRATED OR THE KIND IN THE GREEN CAN?…THANK YOU
Hi Tammy! I always use freshly grated. There’s so much more flavor.
Hope this helps!
Christina 🙂
OOH GOOD….THANK YOU SO MUCH…
I discovered this recipe through pinterest; the roast looks delicious! I’ve been looking for good crock-pot recipes. You mentioned that you had clipped this recipe from a magazine — do you remember which one?
Unfortunately, I don’t. I cut it out a long time ago. 🙁 Sorry.
Made this tonight. Really liked the flavor but I couldn’t slice my tenderloin as nice as the one in the picture. It just shredded like pulled pork. Did I cook it too long? Family liked it though, so I guess I can’t complain!
You would not believe how hard it was for me to make that photo look good! 🙂 It just didn’t slice nice. The second time I made this recipe, I just cut into chunks and then shredded it (since I didn’t have to worry about photographing it!). It’s so yummy that no one in my house cared that it didn’t look as pretty the second time around! 🙂
I would never have put soy sauce and parmesan cheese in the same sentence let alone the same crockpot…but you say it works…………………….who knew !!!???
It’s really, really good! I was shocked too but now I’m a believer! 🙂 Enjoy!
I tried this recipe yesterday and we loved it! It was so easy to make and the sauce is wonderful!
Thanks for sharing.
