  • 16 ounces Sour cream
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup, 1 can
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 cups Corn flakes, crushed
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉, and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
  • Crush and measure the corn flakes.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese, and seasonings, along with ½ cup of melted butter.
  • Spread the mixture in the casserole dish, then top with the crushed corn flakes and drizzle the 6 tablespoons of melted butter over the top.
  • Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until the corn flake topping is golden.
