  • 6 ounces Salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces Pepperoni, thinly sliced

  1. I’m trying to come up with ideas for a retirement open house. I had thought of offering a charcuterie board, but think this idea might be a winner. It would help if I could assemble the skewers the night before, cover and refrigerate them until the event the next day. Would this be an issue?
