Christina’s Notes
- Heat-Treat Flour First: Always microwave or bake the flour to 165°F to make it safe for no-bake recipes.
- Use Mini Chips: They distribute better throughout the dip and give more chocolate in every bite.
- Let It Chill (Optional): Chilling helps the flavors meld and gives it a thicker texture if preferred.
- Mix By Hand for Control: A spoon or spatula helps keep the texture fluffy and prevents overmixing.

What do you bake flour that doesn’t make sense
Raw flour is loaded with bacteria. Normally, we bake it in recipes and those bacteria are killed. When making cookie dough and/or dip for eating raw, it’s best practices to bake the flour and kill that bacteria.
